Kate Middleton will reportedly lose her Duchess of Cambridge title soon.
The 39-year-old has held the title since 2011 when she married Prince William.
However, there are rumours that The Queen is set to make Prince Charles Regent, meaning that Middleton’s husband’s title will also change.

Currently, Prince Charles is known as the Prince of Wales, but this will become Prince William’s title when his father becomes King.
This means that Middleton’s title will change from the Duchess of Cambridge to the Princess of Wales.
When the Duke of Cambridge becomes King, Middleton’s title will change again and she will become Queen Catherine.
There’s been a lot of chat in the press about Royal titles ever since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey.
According to a recent petition, tens of thousands of people are calling for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to give up their Royal titles as they now live in the US and made the decision to step back from their roles as Senior Royals.
Lady Colin Campbell, the author of ‘Meghan and Harry: The Real Story,’ set it up as she believes the couple are ‘doing damage to the institution of the monarchy’.

She told the Daily Star: “I started it because I think it’s the right thing to do.
“I have spoken to people, many people, who think it’s the right thing to do and it is the solution.
“It is a dignified solution for all concerned. To humiliate no one and protect everyone. I think it’s a humane way of solving a very regrettable situation.”
Prince Harry and Markle opened up about the reason why their son, Archie, wasn’t given a Royal title when he was born during their bombshell interview.
When asked if she believed his race had something to do with it, Markle replied: “In those months when I was pregnant, all around this same time, so we [had] the conversation of he won’t be given security, he’s not going to be given a title.
“And, also, concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he’s born.”
