Kate Moss has testified in the Johnny Depp defamation trial against Amber Heard.
The British supermodel, who dated the actor in the 90s, was called as a rebuttal witness by Depp’s legal team after his ex-wife referenced her.
Appearing via videolink from Gloucestershire, England, Moss was asked if the Pirates of the Caribbean star ‘ever pushed her down the stairs or hit her’.

Recounting the alleged incident, she testified: “We were leaving the room and Johnny left the room before I did. There had been a rainstorm and as I left the room I slid down the stairs. I hurt my back. And I screamed because I didn’t know what had happened and I was in pain.”
She then claimed that Depp ‘carried me to my room and got me medical attention.’
Depp’s legal team went on to explicitly ask Moss if the actor had ever ‘pushed her or kicked her’. To which, she responded, claiming: “No, he never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs.”

The reason Moss could be called as a witness was because of what the Aquaman star said when testifying.
Heard was on the stand and alleged that an incident involving herself, Depp and her sister took place when she mentioned the Brit.
