Katie Price, who recently lashed out at Emily Andre, is ‘facing up to five years in prison’.

The former glamour model was arrested on January 21 after allegedly ‘breaching a restraining order’ against ex-husband Kieran Hayler’s fiancée, Michelle Penticost.

According to The Sun, she’s been accused of sending an ‘abusive’ message to Hayler’s phone, which was directed at his partner, calling her a ‘c***ing w***e piece of s***’ and a ‘gutter s**g’.

It’s believed that the restraining order was initially granted for Penticost after Price ‘verbally abused’ her in a school playground last year.

The order forbids the mum-of-five from contacting her ‘directly or indirectly’.

At the time, Price reportedly defended her actions and said she ‘didn’t do anything that bad’.

However, she is believed to have pleaded guilty to using ‘threatening’ and ‘abusive’ words, or behaviour that could ‘likely cause harassment, alarm or distress’.

Currently, Price is already under a 16-week suspended sentence for drink-driving in September of last year.

At her sentencing, District Judge Kelly reportedly told Price she ‘couldn’t send her to prison’ because she had already spent time at The Priory.

Addressing the reality star, Kelly reportedly stated: “When you chose to get behind the wheel that night you showed no concern for others.

“You could have killed somebody.

“Your actions meant the emergency services had to use up their precious time. You knowingly and deliberately flouted a court order and not for the first time.

“You seem to think you are above the law.”
