Katie Price could ‘face up to five years in prison‘ after reportedly ‘breaching her restraining order’ against her ex-husband Kieran Hayler’s fiancée, Michelle Penticost.
A Sussex Police spokesperson is believed to have told The Sun that the 43-year-old has been ‘charged with harassment’ and will be heading into court next month.
The representative reportedly told the publication: “On Friday 21 January officers arrested a woman on suspicion of breaching a restraining order.

“Katie Price, 43, has since been charged with harassment — breach of a restraining order. She will appear at Crawley magistrates’ court on Tuesday, 12 April.”
The harassment charge comes after Price allegedly sent Penticost a message in which she reportedly called her a ‘piece of s***’ and ‘gutter s**g’.
It’s believed that Price was initially given the ‘restraining order’ against Hayler’s fiancée in 2019, as she reportedly launched a tirade of verbal abuse against the 39-year-old at the school gates.
Following the alleged incident, the reality star was reportedly prohibited from contacting Penticost ‘directly or indirectly’.

Apparently, the police tried to contact Price earlier in the week and inform her of the charge, but she’s been holidaying in Thailand with her partner, Carl Woods.
During the getaway, the former glamour model has supposedly been showing off the results of her ‘biggest ever boob job’.
Price has previously opened up to The Sun about her numerous breast enlargements, saying that if ‘there’s no pain, there’s no gain’.
The mum-of-five reportedly told the publication: “The price of beauty is sometimes you have to go through pain.”
