The reason Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson kept their surrogacy baby a secret for months has been revealed.
In a chat with E! News, a source reportedly said that there were numerous explanations as to why the reality TV star kept it well under wraps.
They apparently told the news outlet: “Khloé kept the pregnancy a secret to protect surrogate privacy and safety, and to protect her mental health from judgement from the public as a result of Tristan’s actions.”

The news of Kardashian’s second child was broke on July 13, when her rep said: “Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.”
It’s believed the child was conceived in November.
Since having her first child, True, the Kardashian has been open about wanting another baby.
In a 2020 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, she told Thompson: “I might get some embryos and get a sibling.
“I might need to borrow some sperm or get some from you, but we’ll figure that out later.”
Although the former couple has experienced numerous ups and downs since getting together in 2016, the pair have remained close friends and are co-parenting their four-year-old daughter.

A source of Page Six reportedly commented: “They have a healthy co-parenting relationship – and they will be seen together with True.
“They are on the same page when it comes to their daughter.”
However, Thompson has publically declared his love for the 38-year-old over the years.
During past birthday celebrations, he penned: “Happy birthday @khloekardashian.
“Thank you for being not just an amazing partner, mommy and best friend but also being the kindest, caring and most loving human being I’ve ever met.
“Your love and spirit is contagious to all who’ve met you. Thank you for always being there for me and putting our family first. I love you so much. Have an amazing day.”
