Khloé Kardashian is reportedly ‘threatening legal action after an unedited bikini photo was shared on social media without her consent’.

The 36-year-old is said to be ‘desperate to scrub the unedited bikini pic from the internet’ which has already been shared thousands of times.

Her team has since released a statement, saying: “The color edited photo was taken of Khloe during a private family gathering and posted to social media without permission by mistake by an assistant.

“Khloé looks beautiful but it is within the right of the copyright owner to not want an image not intended to be published taken down.”

Angry fans have taken to Twitter to call her out for only presenting heavily edited images of herself to the world.

One person wrote: “Khloé Kardashian is fighting to get this pic taken off the internet that was accidentally posted and it makes me so sad for those who think that their IG is real life and compare themselves to edited pics.

“She looks gorgeous and happy in this pic, wish we’d see more like this.”

Another added: “I’m sad about the whole Khloé Kardashian photo situation. She looks absolutely amazing, like an actual real-life relatable human being. It’s honestly so sad the lengths she is going to to get it taken down.

“Such a bad example to be setting young fans! You look good girl!”

But the Kardashian has hit back and insisted it’s up to her how she chooses to present herself to the world.

Taking to Instagram, she said: “I love a good filter, good lighting, and an edit here and there. The same way I throw on some makeup, get my nails done or wear a pair of heels to present myself to the world the way I want to be seen and it’s exactly what I will continue to do unapologetically.

“My body, my image and how I choose to look and what I want to share is my choice. It’s not for anyone to decide or judge what is acceptable or not anymore.”
