Kim Kardashian, who hopes to one day abolish the death penalty in the US, has failed the baby bar exam which will help her to become a lawyer.

The reality TV star needed a score of 560 to pass the test but only managed to get 474, reports TMZ

However, attorney Jessica Jackson is convinced that the pandemic may have played a part in why the 40-year-old flunked the baby bar.

In a preview of the final season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the lawyer reassured the mum-of-four: “That is extremely close to a test that most people are not taking in the middle of a pandemic.”

But so far, it hasn’t been clarified as to why the coronavirus pandemic would have led to her failing.

Also in the preview, Kardashian opened up about how the test had made her want to ‘give up’.

The SKIMS owner said: “If you are doing law school the way I’m doing it, it is a four-year program instead of your typical three-year program, and after year one, you have to take the baby bar. This was actually harder, I hear, than the official bar.”

She added: “To not pass gets your spirit down and makes you want to give up.”

Previously, Kardashian has discussed the law degree with her followers on social media.

Back in April, she posted a photo alongside the caption: “I’ve seen some comments from people who are saying it’s my privilege or my money that got me here, but that’s not the case… The state bar doesn’t care who you are.

“My weekends are spent away from my kids while I read and study. I work all day, put my kids to bed and spend my nights studying. There are times I feel overwhelmed and when I feel like I can’t do it but I get the pep talks I need from the people around me supporting me… It’s never too late to follow your dreams.”
