Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson’s new relationship is ‘just a distraction’ after the Astroworld incident which left 10 people dead, according to people on Twitter.
Photographs of the pair holding hands in public emerged on Friday morning. However, not everybody is convinced that their romance is legit.
One wrote: “Kris Jenner knew exactly what she was doing by pushing this Kim and Pete thing out. It’s within just enough time to not be too inconsiderate but still builds distraction from the tragedy. The devil works hard but that Kris Jenner man.”

Another added: “I wouldn’t be shocked if Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson dating is a distraction to give Kris time to figure out what to do about Travis Scott.”
“Look over here not over there at Travis Scott. This is just meant to be a distraction, such b***shit. In no world ever would Kim be with a Pete Davidson,” a third said.
A fourth penned: “Guys Kendall had to wear that dress to the wedding for all of us to focus on that instead of Astroworld like hello… Pete and Kim, Kendall’s dress at the wedding, distraction 101?”
Kardashian apparently struck up a friendship with Davidson following her Saturday Night Live appearance which aired last month.
The mum-of-four, who is currently going through a divorce from Kanye West, was slammed for making a joke about OJ Simpson during her opening monologue.

Simpson was acquitted of the murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman in 1995.
Referencing her late father, Robert Kardashian, who defended Simpson during the public trial, she said: “You know, I’m thinking of following in my father’s footsteps.
“Now, you know, my father was and still is such an influence and inspiration to me. And I credit him with really opening up my eyes to racial injustice.
“It’s because of him that I met my first black person… Want to take a stab in the dark at who it was?”
She continued: “I know it’s sort of weird to remember the first black person you met, but OJ does leave a mark – or several. Or none at all. I still don’t know.”
