Lady Gaga fans are ‘concerned’ over an Instagram photo she shared of herself with Tom Cruise.
The superstar, who is currently on her Chromatica Ball tour, took to the social media platform and thanked the actor for coming to her show.
In the image, she can be seen kissing Cruise’s cheek.

She captioned the post: “Thank you for coming to the show last night. I love you my friend @tomcruise.”
In the comments section, many users were quick to warn the star that Cruise is a Scientologist and urged her ‘not to let him recruit her’.
One warned: “Don’t let him recruit you, babe.”
“Ugh, I love you but really? He’s a Scientologist!” fumed a second. “Don’t join the cult.”
A third added: “I’m disappointed you’re embracing someone who’s a part of a cult that abuses people and he hasn’t acknowledged his daughter for over a decade.”
Pitching in, a fourth urged: “Queen no, stay away from him please!”

However, not everyone was upset by the image and it has since garnered over 1.2million likes.
Sharing their support for the stars, one user wrote: “He’s amazing. Don’t care what anyone says about him. Glad y’all friends, I ship this friendship for sure.”
A second commented: “A perfect collaboration.”
Elsewhere, The Handmaid’s Tale star Elisabeth Moss has opened up about the religion, claiming it is ‘misunderstood’ and that people have the wrong idea about it.
In an interview with the New Yorker, she explained: “It’s a place that is very open to, like, welcoming in somebody who wants to learn more about it.
“I think that’s the thing that is probably the most misunderstood.”
