Leonardo DiCaprio reportedly has a new girlfriend and she wasn’t even born when the Titanic was released.

The Wolf Of Wall Street star, 48, is undoubtedly one of the biggest actors of this generation, having starred in films such as Inception, Romeo + Juliet and The Revenant – which he won an Oscar for.

DiCaprio is also known for his controversial dating history – having garnered a reputation for relationships with younger women and seemingly dumping them once they turn 25.

And his rumoured new fling is actually younger than one of his biggest movies.

According to TMZThe Great Gatsby actor was spotted with Italian model Vittoria Ceretti, 25, at a Halloween party on the outskirts of West Hollywood.

Ceretti was born in June 1998, making her six months younger than DiCaprio’s hit film Titanic – which was released in December 1997.

With pictures of the pair making the rounds on social media, people have poked fun at the pair’s relationship.

“She’s already 25? So she’s got maybe eight more months of this relationship,” quips one user.

Another person jokes: “They’re cosplaying as grandpa and granddaughter.”

Someone else makes reference to his character’s relationship with Kate Winslet’s character in Titanic, commenting: “In all fairness, his character was 20 and started a relationship with a 17-year-old on the doomed ship.”

DiCaprio and Ceretti were first linked back in August after the two were reportedly spotted getting steamy with each other in a club in Ibiza.

Since then, the pair have been seen in attendance at various events and parties together around the world – such as the Versace party at the Milan Fashion Week.

In September, a source close to the pair told Page Six that their romance was more serious than just a casual fling.

The insider claimed: “They’ve been spending quite a bit of time together over the past few months, and they’re enjoying getting to know one another on a deeper level.

“From the looks of it, their romance is much more than a passing fling.”

Ceretti was previously married to DJ Matteo Milleri, but the two separated in June 2023 after three years of marriage.

Meanwhile, this is DiCaprio’s first public relationship since his split from Camila Morrone in August 2022.

The Once Upon A Time In Hollywood star has a storied dating history – having been romantically linked with the likes of model Gigi Hadid, actress Blake Lively and Nina Agdal.

A source close to DiCaprio alleged to the New York Post that the actor ends things with women once they turn 25 as that is the age they look to settle down and start families – which is something that he doesn’t want.

The anonymous insider explains: “By the time girls reach 25, they’re looking for more – they’re looking to get married and settle down.

“That is not what Leo wants. He does not want a family and does not want to be around women who may press him for that.”

The insider goes on to claim that DiCaprio finds that the ‘clock is ticking’ the moment he meets a woman and although he’s in his forties ‘his taste has not gotten any older’.
