Lidl Has Launched 10 New Gins Including A Seaweed And Ocean Flavour!

Lidl had launched ten exciting flavours of gin, with the most unusual flavour being a mixture of seaweed and ocean.

Launched as a new range as a part of Lidl’s British Gin Festival, the prices start from a reasonable £9.99 up to £24.99 – which means that there’s something affordable for everyone wanting to unwind.

The flavour that has been on everyone’s lips is the bizarre Shetland Reel Ocean Sent Gin which has been made from seaweed that is found on the Scottish coastline, this happens to be the most expensive in the range too.

The flavour that has been on everyone’s lips is the bizarre Shetland Reel Ocean Sent Gin which has been made from seaweed that is found on the Scottish coastline.

The typical gin is usually made with 40 per cent alcohol ABV, yet this is actually quite strong as it contains 46 per cent ABV.

This makes a great and cheaper alternative to posh boutique brand Da Mhile who also create a seaweed gin that is in a 700ml bottle but priced at £34.

The cheapest bottle of gin in the range happens to be non-alcohol and is priced at £9.99. If you fancy a summer tipple but happen to be driving then the CeroCero non-alcoholic citrus gin is ideal.

Other flavours in the range include the Harborough watermelon gin which is in Lidl stores at £19.99 for a 700ml bottle.

According to the discounter, you should also be able to get your hands on a Club Tropicana gin which is £19.99 too. Apparently, it’s best served with a slice of mango or lemon.

The gins are now available to purchase in-store and aren’t expected to be around long as they’re only in whilst stocks last.

Unfortunately, Lidl does not have an online delivery service which means you’ll need to head to your nearest store to check out the amazing range of gins.

You can find your local Lidl store by using the store locator. However, make sure you’re only going as a part of your essential shop.
