Subway is giving fans the chance to immortalize their favorite sandwich with a high-fashion gold ring, inspired by the chain’s iconic Classic BMT.

The limited-edition ‘Baguette Ring’ features 18-carat gold and three layers of gemstones – including rubies, pink sapphires, and emeralds – each representing customers’ favorite toppings.

The jewelry piece, launched ahead of Valentine’s Day, is part of a social media giveaway encouraging fans to tag their most devoted Subway-loving friends on the brand’s Instagram account, @subway_ukireland, for a chance to win.

Designed with the same attention to detail as a Subway sandwich, the Baguette Ring pays tribute to the brand’s loyal customers, one in four of whom reportedly stick with the same order for at least three years.

Research highlights the enduring devotion of Subway fans: 76% consistently order the same sandwich, and 47% say their loyalty to their meal is more predictable than their romantic relationships.

The promotion taps into the growing trend for low-key Valentine’s celebrations, with 66% of Brits considering takeout over fancy meals, and 86% agreeing a reliable meal can be more satisfying than an overhyped romantic experience.
