Guy With ‘World’s Smallest Manhood’ Reveals Biggest Daily Struggles
The man with the ‘world’s smallest manhood’ is opening up about his biggest struggle and answering the questions that everyone is asking.
It’s a common insecurity amongst men, but one guy has turned what could be seen as a drawback into a message of hope.
In a recent interview, he revealed the one thing he will never do and what he struggles to do in public.
It is a heartbreaking tale of overcoming insecurities with your body, and he has an inspiring message for anyone with similar problems.
What is the average p**is size?
Studies have often struggled to find an accurate number for the average p**is length worldwide due to self-reported measurements and volunteer bias.
The global average is believed to be somewhere between 5.1 and 5.5 inches, probably towards the lower end.
However, a new study from Stanford University has concluded that the average p**is size has actually increased by 24% in the last 30 years.
Research has found that the average went from 4.8 inches in 1992 to 6 inches in 2021.
However, the study did conclude that there was one region which saw a decrease in the average.
That region was North America!
The rest of the world did see an increase, based on data from over 55,000 men.
Experts have suggested that this growth is due to improved nutrition over the past few decades, which has resulted in men growing bigger and taller anyway.
The experts think men in North America have actually suffered from too much nutrition, and the rise in obesity and sedentary lifestyles has had a detrimental effect on the average length.
As the average gets bigger, it only makes the ‘world’s smallest’ seem even smaller.
The world’s smallest manhood?
Michael Phillips, from North Carolina, has opened up about the medical condition that has resulted in him having the ‘world’s smallest manhood.’
At a young age, he waited and wished for a growth spurt that never came, just believing that he was smaller than average.
Now, doctors have confirmed that Phillips medically has a microp**is, which was measured at 0.38 inches.
Cleveland Clinic defines a microp**is as ‘an atypically small p**is’ which is ‘usually the result of a fetal testosterone deficiency.’
Hormonal treatments can help the condition if detected early.
Phillips gave a candid interview with IGV in 2024, admitting that he hasn’t ‘fully come to terms’ with his diagnosis yet.
He said: “It wasn’t until joking about being a Guinness world holder that I realized I might actually have the world’s smallest. If I could go for it, I would – I think it could help bring more awareness.”
Humor has become a major coping mechanism for Phillips, and he has turned to sharing his experiences on Instagram, where the feedback from followers has been positive.

Phillips is hoping for more representation for smaller sizes in the media and pop culture, and less use of terms like ‘shrimp d***’ and ‘chode.’
The 38-year-old said: “There really isn’t very much representation for small sizes in media and almost zero mention of microp**is being portrayed as being a real medical condition and not a slang joke term.
“Even if size isn’t everything as far as everything needed for pleasure, I feel a lot of it has to do with attractiveness and perception is that bigger ones may just look better.”
By sharing his story, he hopes to help others with the same condition feel less alone.
Phillips said: “I’ve learned that struggling does nothing but hurt you and nobody else.
“You can choose to be happy just being here in this great world we live in. Find people you are confident in sharing your problem with, and they might surprise you with how understanding and accepting they are.”
Dating with the world’s smallest p**is
Phillips also opened up about the ‘challenges’ he has faced in his dating life.
He revealed: “It impacted relationships in the sense that while there may be women out there totally accepting and wouldn’t mind, the process you have to go through and many times you have to explain your situation to new women has left me just avoiding them altogether.”
He added: “The biggest challenges I’ve faced [are] having a s**ual relationship and still being a virgin and being able to talk about it openly because of how embarrassing of a topic it is.”
Now, Phillips has made a heartbreaking admission in a recent TV interview.
He admitted that he will never have a one-night stand and even has trouble going to the bathroom in public.
Talking to This Morning, he said: “I can’t go out and do things like that. But it also affects you with your ability to use the restroom, your confidence.”
He added that ‘even sitting down can be tricky with clean up and everything.’
A message of hope
However, Phillips has realized that talking about his condition publicly has helped him to hear the ‘perspective of women,’ saying: “I’ve learned that there’s like a huge population of people that just don’t care about that sort of thing.”
Only 0.6 percent of men are thought to have a microp**is, and Phillips is now offering them some advice.
He suggested: “Find a place where you can talk about it freely or where you feel comfortable.
“Even if it’s just one-on-one with somebody. But there’s no reason why you can’t talk about it.
“We all have issues going on, some more than others. But there’s always somebody out there that has it worse than you.”
