Lorraine Kelly Shocks Viewers With Joke About Prince Andrew Live On Air

Lorraine Kelly left her viewers shocked on Tuesday morning when she made a joke about Prince Andrew live on air.

The presenter said that the 61-year-old, who resigned from his public duties over his ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein last year, is the ‘only Royal happy with the Meghan and Harry drama’ following their explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey.

At the end of her ITV daytime show, she said: “I guess the only person who might be thinking this is all okay is Prince Andrew, right? See you tomorrow!”

Gobsmacked viewers took to Twitter to post about the ‘savage’ moment, with one user writing: “Hahahaha @lorraine just dropping the Prince Andrew bomb as the music was starting up.”

Another added: “Omg Lorraine that dig at Prince Andrew – I loved it!

“Totally random and off the cuff! My husband and I burst out laughing!!! Go you!”

A third wrote: “‘The only person who thinks this is all ok is Prince Andrew’.

“Surprised #lorraine said that and shame there aren’t segments dedicated to him. Hopefully there now will be as that’s another uncomfortable conversation that needs to be had.”

Harry and Meghan have made headlines around the globe following their tell-all interview which aired in the UK on Monday evening.

There were several bombshells during the two-hour conversation about what life is really like inside the Royal Family.

At one point, Meghan claimed things got so bad that she became suicidal while pregnant with her first child, Archie.

She said that when she tried to reach out for help, she was told it ‘wouldn’t look good’.
