Machine Gun Kelly has hit out at the Grammys for snubbing him and leaving his album off the nominations list.
His record, ‘Tickets to My Downfall,’ was released within the eligibility period and topped the Billboard 200 chart.
Taking to Twitter, the musician asked his followers: “Wtf is wrong with the Grammys?”

Fans were quick to respond to his tweet, with many suggesting he should have been nominated.
One follower wrote: “I’m sorry you deserve it but please don’t forget about how much you have accomplished Kells, we love you.”
“You absolutely smashed it with ‘Tickets to My Downfall,’ not only because I personally love it, but because it’s objectively so good.”

Another added: “It’s incredibly well designed, ordered, executed and the major repercussion it had in the music industry and pop culture should have been more than enough to nominate it.”
A third chimed in: “Trust me. You deserve a Grammy but the Grammys don’t deserve you.
“You made more than clear how passionate you are and how strong the movement, they have no idea how talented you really are! We love you man.”

However, others weren’t so complimentary, with one saying: “Not you being mad with Grammys just because you’re not nominated in any category.”
“Make better music,” added remarked.
The awards ceremony takes place on January 31 in Los Angeles and will be broadcast live on CBS.
The artists nominated for Album of the Year include Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X, Tony Bennett & Lady Gaga and Kanye West.
