Madonna has shared a photo on Instagram which has left fans questioning whether she’s had a ‘butt implant’.
The 63-year-old took to the social media platform on January 28 and revealed her age-defying figure in a series of punk-inspired shots.
In one particular image, the ‘Material Girl’ singer can be seen leaning over a car wearing a pair of tiny black knickers, and her behind looks larger than ever.

The ‘Like a Prayer’ star captioned the snaps: “Car trouble.”
Taking to the comments, one fan questioned: “What happened to her ass?”
Another added: “Yikes, that fake butt… What were you thinking?”
“What in the heck?” a third commented. “Is that booty pic photoshopped?”
A fourth pitched in, saying: “That ass is totally fake… Jesus, I miss the real Madonna.”

However, others took to the comments and dubbed the images ‘perfection’.
“Perfection, you’re a goddess,” a fan gushed.
In agreement, a second said: “The sexiest in the world.”

Madonna, who is a mum-of-six, is no stranger to rumours about her age-defying appearance.
In 2019, US gossip guru Perez Hilton reportedly shared a tweet, saying: “Did Madonna get butt implants????”
After hearing about the speculation, the pop star took to Instagram and shared a selfie, alongside the caption: “Desperately seeking no one’s approval… and entitled to free agency over my body like everyone else!
