Madonna has seemingly come out as gay in a new TikTok video she shared with her 2.8 million followers.
The ‘Like A Virgin’ singer, 64, appeared to confirm her sexuality in a five-second clip which showed her holding a pair of pink underwear.
The caption read: “If I miss, I’m gay.”

She then throws the underwear towards a bin, missing by some distance, before spinning away.
The clip gained traction quickly and has already gained almost 17 million views on the platform.
Madonna’s fans immediately took to the comments section, with the majority applauding her ‘coming out’.

One person wrote: “Did I just witness Madonna coming out? Good for her.”
A second added: “What in the 80s is happening?”
Another said: “We are witnessing herstory.”
Some of the commenters felt it wasn’t particularly news, as Madonna has previously suggested she is attracted to both men and women.
One user said: “We already knew that.”
A second wrote: “Y’all Madonna has been out as bi longer than some of us have been alive.”
Another added: “Madonna has been an out bisexual for literally decades, my dudes.”
Madonna has indeed been a gay icon for most of her illustrious career but has tended to publicly date men, including Tupac, Vanilla Ice and Dennis Rodman.
The mother-of-six has been married twice – once to actor Sean Penn and later to director Guy Ritchie.
Though she has famously kissed female performers on stage – including Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and Nicki Minaj.

The ‘Queen of Pop’ was recently seen kissing Tokischa, a female rapper, in a music video.
Despite decades of constant speculation, Madonna has rarely discussed her sexuality and has never fully opened up about her sexual preferences.
Rumours linking her to dating several women over the years have not been confirmed or denied, though The Sun says she has previously encouraged gossip about her s** life.
In 1990, just after her ‘Justify My Love’ music video aired on television, Madonna appeared to hint that she was bisexual, as reported by The Mirror: “I think everybody has a bisexual nature. That’s my theory. I could be wrong.”

A 1991 letter from Madonna to supermodel Amanda Cazalet, who she shared a passionate kiss with in the erotic ‘Justify My Love’ video, was later made public by The Sun, with Madonna penning that she ‘fantasises’ about Cazalet.
It read: “I think you are the most beautiful woman in the world. I’m dying to kiss you again. I fantasise about you all the time.”
Madonna added: “I cannot explain my attraction – nevertheless it’s there. I’m attracted to very few women in this way.”
According to the Daily Mail, the letter was set to be auctioned off in 2018 with a minimum bid of $15,000.
