Martha Stewart, 81, has responded to fans who want her to date Pete Davidson, 28.
The lifestyle guru recently appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show, where she played a game called ‘Red Flag, Yellow Flag, Green Flag’.
The host would say a name and Stewart would hold up the coloured flag depending on if she would date them.
Barrymore explained: “[Green is] a go, it’s good, I say yes. [Red] is a no, no, no. And yellow is ‘I’m on the fence’.”

When describing the first mystery man, the 50 First Dates actress said: “Your date has as many tattoos as Pete Davidson,” to which Stewart held up her green flag and this was met with cheers from audience members.
Barrymore then continued: “OK, your date is Pete Davidson.”
Stewart once again waved her green flag and said: “I mean he has dated so many women.”

“So what?” Barrymore responded.
Stewart clarified: “No I’m not saying that’s bad. I think that’s good and he’s sort of cute.”
She then added that she actually knows him, which prompted a surprised look from Barrymore.
Stewart continued: “Oh you didn’t know I know him? He was on the [Justin] Bieber roast with me, do you remember? He was this little twerp. He was even twerpier than Bieber.”
The Charlie’s Angels star then proceeded to talk about Davidson’s reputation.
She said: “But everybody speaks about Pete Davidson in such a positive way. Like he has to be a good guy.”
“Oh he is a good guy,” Stewart responded: “Very good guy and he knows how to get in and get out.”
Barrymore then went on to suggest ‘age is not a thing’ for the Saturday Night Live comedian after he has previously dated women older than him.
This is not the first time she has been romantically linked to Davidson, despite the 53-year age gap between the pair.
Rumours started over the summer after the pair were seen holding hands during the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, despite the SNL comedian dating Kim Kardashian at the time.
Stewart was quick to dismiss these rumours though, by describing Davidson as the ‘son she never had’.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, she said: “He is a charming boy who is finding his way. I’ve invited him to come on my podcast and I look forward to hearing what he has to say.”
Davidson is currently single after previously dating Kardashian for nine months. They split up in August 2022.
Davidson has previously also been engaged to Ariana Grande and was in a relationship with actress Kate Beckinsale, who is more than 20 years older than him.
While Stewart has been single for about ’30 years’, as she revealed earlier in the interview with Barrymore.
She married Andrew Stewart in 1961. However, the couple divorced in 1990.
