McDonald’s fans are demanding that the fast food chain bring back the beloved Breakfast Bagel following the return of the highly popular Breakfast Wrap

The chain pulled both of the breakfast items off the menu in March 2020 and announced that neither would be returning.

However, earlier this week, McDonald’s confirmed to The Sun that the Breakfast Wrap will come back on the menu on Wednesday, February 7.

While many of the fast food chain’s fans were left delighted by the news, others are taking to X (formerly known as Twitter) and demanding that the Breakfast Bagel also make a comeback.

“Bring back the bagel!!!” one fan insists.

Another adds: “OK McDonald’s but what about the breakfast bagel that you RIPPED out of my life all those years ago.”

“Now bring back the breakfast bagel,” demands a third.

Somebody else comments: “The people want the Breakfast Bagel back! Give us what we want!”

“Now the bagels, the best thing on the breakfast menu,” writes a fifth.

While the Breakfast Wrap is coming back, it’s not going to be the same as before.

The original version came with a ‘folded’ egg, which is a combination of scrambled eggs and an omelette, but this time it comes with two round free-range eggs, a slice of bacon, crispy potato rosti and cheese served in a tortilla wrap.

There’s also the option of tomato ketchup or brown sauce.

Just like all McDonald’s breakfast items, the Breakfast Wrap will be available to order from 5am to 11pm.
