McDonald’s Introduces Six New Items To Menu

McDonald’s has announced that six new items will be dropping on its menu in the upcoming weeks, including the Grand Big Mac.

For six weeks only, the limited edition Grand Big Mac will be returning to McDonald’s menus across the UK.

Made up of two all-beef patties, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions and the special sauce, the regular Big Mac is sandwiched between a three-piece sesame seed bun.

As of February 10, the Grand Big Mac will be available to order at the fast-food chain and will be priced at £5.79 for a medium meal, which comes with a side and drink.

If you fancy a little bacon too, it’ll cost you £6.19 for a medium meal.

In January 2020, when the Grand Big Mac was last on the menu, it would cost you £4.39 for the burger on its own, or £4.79 if you wanted it with bacon.

Meanwhile, your average Big Mac costs around £3.19, but prices will vary depending on your restaurant location.

Alongside the Grand Big Mac, McDonald’s lovers will also be able to try out four other new additions to the menu, including the Homestyle Crispy Chicken and Mozzarella Dippers.

The Homestyle Crispy Chicken is the only new new product being introduced and will set you back £6.09 for a medium meal. Made up of a crispy chicken breast, hot and spicy mayo and caramelised onion compote, lettuce, bacon, red onions, and cheese, it’s sure to go down well.

Mozzarella Dippers have also made a return to the menu. Coated in breadcrumbs, the cheese sticks come with a salsa dip and you can even order a sharing box of nine for £5.09, or just have the three dippers for £1.89.

In terms of satisfying your sweet tooth, McDonald’s has confirmed that you’ll be able to get your hands on a McFlurry with Flake and a McFlurry with Raspberry Flake. These will be available in both regular and mini-sizes, priced at £1.39 and 99p.

Currently, McDonald’s restaurants are closed for dine-in and walk-in takeaways. However, customers can still order their fast-food fix via JustEat and UberEats, or the McDonald’s drive-thru of course.
