Michael Jackson‘s son, Blanket, has made a rare social media appearance after reinventing himself and changing his name.
Blanket, born in 2002, had an auspicious rise to fame, after his dad, Jackson, bizarrely dangled him off of a balcony in front of paparazzi.
But since he first hit the headlines as a baby, things have changed a lot for Blanket Jackson.
He’s completely reinvented himself, even changing his name in the process.
And today, Blanket has made a rare social media comeback, looking completely unrecognisable!

Blanket, who was legally known as Prince Michael Jackson II, has since changed his name to Bigi.
He tries his best to stay out of the public eye but does occasionally make a public appearance in the aid of a good cause.
Last summer, Bigi joined forces with his siblings, Paris and Prince Jackson, to advocate for action in the climate crisis.
Bigi has also been interviewed on Good Morning Britain, opening up about his father’s legacy.

Speaking on a clip on X, formerly Twitter, Bigi explains: “There’s a lot of really cool stuff here [Michael Jackson’s home], there’s a lot of history here in this house and the studio here, that’s what he was all about.
“That’s what each of us wants to do, make some things that people hopefully enjoy but also that benefit their lives.
“I do think it’s important that we all know about [climate change], I think we have some work to do, but our generation knows how important it is.”
CNBC has also done some background research on Bigi’s enormous California mansion.
It reportedly has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a massive swimming pool, and even has Kim Kardashian as a neighbour!

Although Bigi stays predominantly away from the limelight, this week, he’s made a surprise return to social media, even appearing in a rare family photo!
In an Instagram post captioned ‘Lately’, Bigi, 21, was seen posing with rapper Omer Bhatti, 38, along with his cousins Randy Jackson Jr., 32, Donté Jackson, Royal Jackson and Jermajesty Jackson, 23.
The picture was posted on Omar’s Instagram account and has since generated a lot of comments online.
One fan is clearly hoping to see more of the junior Jackson, and questions: “Does Blanket (Bigi) have Instagram?”
“Bigi looks just like Michael Jackson,” another opines.
Another adds: “It’s always so nice to see you all together!”
“Glad to see the family together,” another agrees.
The picture has also been spread to various fan accounts, with many feeling very excited to see the rare public appearance of Bigi alongside the rest of the Jackson gang.
“Bigi looks like his father Michael from top to bottom,” one comments.
Another adds: “What a nice positive attitude… What a nice son Michael is and a friendly signal to us fans.”
