BBC1’s Miranda will be making a one-off special return this autumn to celebrate the show’s 10th anniversary.
The slapstick comedy series will be celebrating the landmark year for the comedy with a get together involving all the cast.
This announcement has come not long after sources have hinted that the comedian has expressed interested in revisiting the role.
Miranda announced the news via Twitter and alluded to the possibility of there being “special guests”.

Many fans were left upset when then they heard the series was ending. The final episode aired back in 2015 on New Year’s Day. Miranda finally married Gary (Tom Ellis) and was given the opportunity to snog Gary Barlow.
It is yet to be confirmed whether or not all the main ensemble will be attending to celebrate with Miranda.
Many of the cast have taken their acting careers further, with Tom Ellis having moved halfway across the world to the US due to his role in cult favourite Lucifer.
