A model has hit back at online trolls who say they are ‘offended’ by her breastfeeding photos.
Elsa Hosk, 32, received a backlash when she recently posted a picture of herself on Instagram nursing her seven-week-old daughter, Tuulikki.
She captioned the post: “Mom’s first day back on set and look who came along.”
However, the former Victoria’s Secret model was then bombarded with an array of cruel comments.
According to Elsa, people were telling her she shouldn’t be sharing photos of herself nursing her daughter.
But the model was having none of it and hit back in a post.
It read: “Find it interesting the amount of DMs I get from men who get offended when you post a photo breastfeeding.
“Like why is the most natural thing so offending to you?
“Breasts literally exist so we can feed our children.”
Fortunately, many people had Elsa’s back and said it was great to see breastfeeding in public being normalised.
One fan wrote: “I love to see when models promote breastfeeding. It inspires many women around the world and that’s great!”
Another added: “Such a cute baby. Love the confidence. You go mama!”
“This is a beautiful and tender moment between mother and child,” a third said.
