Cops are investigating shocking new allegations against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in yet another blow to the jailed music mogul.

Diddy is currently serving a 50-month sentence at Fort Dix federal prison in New Jersey after a trial earlier this year that rocked the entertainment world.

The 56-year-old was arrested on September 16, 2024, after a grand jury indicted him on federal charges including racketeering conspiracy, s** trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in p***titution.

Jurors heard disturbing testimony from two former partners, including singer Cassandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura, who both described years of physical and emotional abuse, along with allegedly being coerced into debauched ‘freak-off’ s** parties orchestrated by the producer.

After an eight-week trial, Combs was found guilty of the p***titution-related charges but acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and two counts of s** trafficking.

He was transferred to the low-security Fort Dix prison in New Jersey on October 30 to serve out the remainder of his 50-month sentence.

Diddy’s legal team requested that the ‘Bad Boy 4 Life’ rapper serve out the remainder of his sentence at the low-security prison, citing its focus on drug rehabilitation.

He has since been accepted into a drug abuse rehabilitation program in Fort Dix. If he successfully completes the scheme and maintains good behavior, his release date – currently listed as May 8, 2028 by the Federal Bureau of Prisons – could be moved up by as much as a year.

Music producer hit with fresh allegations

However, investigators say new allegations have surfaced.

Police received a report of sexual assault on Friday, November 14, from a department in Florida, where the alleged victim lives.

The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Bureau will lead the investigation.

A spokesperson for the Largo, Florida, police department told ABC News that the department assisted the East Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office with an investigation into Combs but that it is not investigating any alleged crimes independently.

According to ABC, Largo police took a report in September from a man who claims Combs sexually assaulted him in 2020.

The victim’s name was redacted, but music producer Jonathan Hay identified himself as the complainant in social media posts that have since been removed.

Hay also identified himself as one of the John Does who filed a civil lawsuit against Combs in July.

According to the report, Combs pleasured himself in front of Hay and asked him to ‘finish him off’ in February 2020.

Hay claims he did not respond because he was in shock, and says Combs then tossed a semen-stained shirt at him.

Second alleged incident implicates hip-hop legend’s son

Another alleged incident in March 2021 claims C.J. Wallace, son of the late rapper Christopher Wallace (Notorious B.I.G.), took Hay to a location where two men put an item over his head before Combs allegedly forced his penis inside Hay’s mouth several times.

Hay provided photos and videos to police to show he was working with C.J. Wallace on a music project, which he says ultimately led to him being introduced to Combs and the alleged incidents.

Wallace has filed a counterclaim, denying what he called Hay’s ‘wildly false and defamatory allegations,’ describing them in part a ‘calculated smear campaign’ intended to damage his reputation.

The complaint requests a jury trial and compensatory and punitive damages.

Diddy denies the claims

Jonathan Davis, a civil attorney representing Combs, said: “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus.

“Let me make it absolutely clear, Mr. Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone.

“He looks forward to vindicating himself in court, where such matters are decided — and not in the media – based on admissible, material evidence, not rank speculation and unsubstantiated allegations.”
