Donald Trump has offered up a rather strange description of his son, Barron Trump, and everyone is saying the same thing.
For much of his life, Barron has remained the most private member of the Trump family.
As Trump’s youngest son, he has largely stayed out of the public eye, particularly when compared with his older siblings, who have played highly visible roles in both business and politics.

Rather than concentrating solely on real estate, his interests appear to center on emerging industries and consumer-driven brands.
Even so, any business associated with the Trump name is almost guaranteed to generate public interest.
With politics and private enterprise often overlapping in the Trump family, even relatively modest ventures can quickly draw widespread attention.
A startup with major investment
New filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission show that a startup connected to Barron has already secured $1 million in funding from a private investor.
Receiving that level of financial backing at such an early stage is significant, suggesting confidence in both the concept and the leadership behind the company.
The business is entering a competitive but rapidly expanding market, catering to consumers interested in lifestyle branding and wellness-focused products.
The venture also represents a departure from the Trump family’s traditional business model, instead embracing industries that have become increasingly popular with younger consumers, including health, branding, and social media-inspired products.
Barron Trump’s surprising business venture
Despite the online jokes surrounding the announcement, the real headline is that Barron Trump has officially entered the business world as a director of SOLLOS Yerba Mate.
The company is producing yerba mate beverages, a naturally caffeinated herbal tea that has surged in popularity as an alternative to coffee and conventional energy drinks.
Its first product has already been unveiled: a canned drink available in coconut and pineapple flavors, with a launch expected in the near future.
Barron is named as one of five directors alongside Rodolfo Castello, Valentino Gomez, Stephen Hall, and Spencer Bernstein, several of whom have ties to his former school in Florida.
His appointment suggests he is playing an active role in shaping the company, marking a notable change from the private life he has maintained for years.
Whether the startup ultimately succeeds remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: Barron Trump is beginning to forge his own identity.
Trump’s odd description of his son
While both Trump and First Lady Melania have sought to keep their son’s life as private as possible, the US president does occasionally speak about his youngest child at events.
However, his most recent comments about Barron have sparked a reaction with people on the internet and everyone seems to be saying the same thing.
It came last month, during a ceremony to honor military moms and their families in the East Room.
While speaking at the event, Trump began praising his own wife, both in her role as First Lady and as mom to their son Barron.
“Most importantly, and most importantly to her, she’s done an incredible job as First Lady. She’s an incredible mom,” he told the families in attendance.
Trump then went on to reference 20-year-old Barron, adding: “She has a little boy who’s quite tall. He’s a little boy to us, but he’s quite tall, right?”
After appearing to joke about his son’s height, he concluded: “And his great parent. She takes great care of him, thank you.”
This isn’t the first time Trump has referred to Barron as if he is just Melania’s child, with him previously telling a Congressional Ball in December: “She loves children. She’s got a wonderful boy. And she’s very proud of her boy.”
Many people on the internet were a little confused by the comments, with one writing: “Yes, the distancing is quite strange. Imagine how his son must feel, hearing this.”
Another added: “Nothing screams proud dad on Father’s Day like can’t recall your son’s name.”
