Man Issues Wild Six-Word Statement After Pooping In Courtroom And Throwing It At Judge
A man who defecated in a courtroom before proceeding to throw his faeces at the judge issued a wild six word statement after the incident.
If you’ve ever been in a courtroom, you’ll know they’re usually very professional places, where no one speaks unless they are spoken to by the judge and everyone is on their best behavior.
Of course, this isn’t always the case, and what happened in a Miami courtroom back in 2019 will no doubt be etched in the memories of everyone who had the misfortune of being there forever.
Defendant launched foul attack on judge
Dorleans Philidor was appearing in court accused of burglary charges, when he sent the courtroom into complete and utter chaos.
Cops accused him of breaking into a property in North Miami Beach while the homeowner was still inside.
While vehemently denying the crime he was accused of, the 33-year-old launched a foul attack on Judge Lisa Walsh, in an act which can only be described as disgusting.
At the time, Philidor was seated in a wheelchair, next to the judge’s elevated bench, when he left the whole room simultaneously shocked and horrified.
According to reports in the Miami Herald, officials state that just before closing arguments were due to begin, the defendant decided to poop in his wheelchair, before attempting to ‘cast faeces’ at the judge. And you think you’ve had a bad day at work?
Fortunately, none of the excrement is believed to have hit Judge Walsh, who is reported to have ‘scrambled’ away while the court bailiff’s shouted at her to run away. Other legal professionals in the room, such as the lawyers, followed Judge Walsh out the room, as police officers and correction officers ran at speed into the room.
Horrifyingly, according to witnesses, Philidor went on to eat some of his faeces.

Proceedings were halted after courtroom became hazardous
Witness Allen Rios, who posted a short clip of the commotion to his Instagram page, said: “It was intense. The corrections officers and police officers were swarming. Like 60 of them.
“They told everyone to leave and you couldn’t go back in. It was a hazardous area.”
Unsurprisingly, the courtroom was forced to close for cleaning, but that wasn’t enough to put Judge Walsh off, who continued proceedings in another room later that day.
This wasn’t the first time the defendant used foul tactics to try and delay the trial, as just days prior he is reported to have defecated and smeared his poop all over a holding cell and himself.
At this point a doctor was called in to assess whether Philidor was of sound mind and able to continue with the trial, and it was deemed he was.
“Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation (MDCR) and Correctional Health Services (CHS) Staff will continue to monitor this inmate and will provide extra security precautions to avoid the events from reoccurring,” MDCR spokesman Juan Diasgranados said at the time.
Interestingly, the accused was acquitted of the burglary charges against him after jurors deliberated for just one hour, but he still remained behind bars due to some more serious allegations, such as Grand Theft Auto, still being against him.
Insane six word statement uttered during attack
While the entire courtroom incident was undoubtedly shocking for everyone involved, the thing that baffled people the most was the absolutely wild six word statement uttered by Philidor as he launched the faeces.
Witnesses claim he shouted: “It’s protein! It’s good for you,” while lobbing the poop across the courtroom. A very interesting take.
It’s unclear whether the defendant went on to face any further charges in relation to the courtroom incident, however Philidor has been described as a career criminal, who already has multiple convictions against him.
