Donald Trump’s Niece Makes Bombshell Claims About President’s Health
Donald Trump’s niece has made some pretty bold claims about the US president’s health after months of speculation into his cognitive and physical wellbeing.
The conversation around Trump’s health began all the way back during his 2024 presidential campaign, when people became increasingly concerned about both him and Joe Biden, and whether two men well into their seventies and eighties should be running for office.
Health concerns for Trump start to snowball
Later that year, and moving into early 2025, people’s worries heightened when Trump was spotted with widespread bruising across the back of his hands, sparking rumors of underlying health conditions.
In subsequent months, the president made a number of different claims to explain the bruises on his hands. Most notably, the White House issued a statement claiming that his daily aspirin intake made him more susceptible to bruising, combined with the fact he is always shaking people’s hands.
After this, Trump started appearing with makeup on the back of his hands in an attempt to cover the bruising and quell speculation.
In July last year, the White House disclosed that Trump had been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, which is a common circulatory condition experienced by older adults.
Most recently, the POTUS drew unwanted attention when he was spotted with a large neck rash in March.
Meanwhile, many of Trump’s recent political decisions, along with his outlandish social media posts, have left people questioning his cognitive health.
On Sunday, June 21, Trump marked Father’s Day, honoring a ‘great daughter,’ with a picture of himself and a woman he has no relation to.
Trump claims to have ‘perfect’ health
Despite ongoing concerns, the president is adamant his health is in tip top condition and has even gone as far as bragging about how well he allegedly is.
Last month, Trump visited Walter Reed Medical Center for his third hospital visit in just over a year, where he underwent a routine medical and dental check up.
The 80-year-old claims he was found to be ‘fully fit’ after 22 different specialists performed a CT scan and heart imaging, as well as cancer screenings and other preventative assessments.
He even took to Truth Social after the three-hour-long visit, to brag that the testing had gone ‘perfectly.’
Trump bragged about allegedly receiving top marks for a cognitive test, which he says found him to be ‘extremely intelligent’.
“Unlike other US Presidents, none of whom have ever taken an approved, high difficulty, Cognitive Test, I scored a perfect 30 out of 30, considered ‘extreme intelligence’,” he said.
“In fact, this is my fourth such test, all PERFECT or 120 correct answers out of 120 questions asked! It is very rare that anyone gets a Perfect Score, especially when achieved four times in a row.”
Trump’s niece claims his health is ‘spiralling’
One person who is having absolutely none of Trump’s claims is his niece, psychologist, author and political commentator Mary Trump.
The 61-year-old is the daughter of Fred Trump Jr., an airplane pilot and maintenance worker who fell out of favor with his father after he decided against taking over the family business.
Mary has always been vocal in her criticisms of her uncle since he first became a politician, most recently branding him ‘an empty, unloved man.’
Her comments came during an interview with journalist Steven Beschloss, who quizzed the author about her uncle’s appearance at the recent G7 summit in France.
Mary, who penned a book all about growing up in the Trump family, including a psychological profile on Trump himself, suggested the president’s physical appearance was evidence of a decline in health.
“He may still have moments when he appears more coherent, but psychically he’s in a downward spiral,” she said.
“He’s experiencing constant narcissistic injuries, and nothing terrifies Donald more than humiliation.
“The problem for him is that nobody humiliates Donald more effectively than Donald humiliates himself.”
In response to her comments, White House communications director Steven Cheung hit out at the psychologist, calling her a ‘stone cold loser,’ who ‘doesn’t have a clue about anything.’
