Cameras Capture Horrifying Moment Woman Is Killed By Tiger After Leaving Car At Wildlife Park
Horrifying footage shows the moment a woman is killed by a tiger while at a wildlife park in Beijing, China.
The tragic event occurred in 2016 at Badaling Wildlife World, a safari-style park where visitors can drive their vehicles through animal enclosures under strict safety guidelines.
A woman, identified by the surname Zhao, exited her vehicle while inside the Siberian tiger enclosure.
Moments later, a tiger appeared and swiftly dragged her away.
In her desperate attempt to save her daughter, Zhao’s mother was attacked and fatally mauled by another tiger.

Visitors to Badaling Wildlife World are strictly prohibited from exiting their cars in certain enclosures, a rule that Zhao had formally agreed to, Yahoo reports.
Yet Zhao later claimed she misunderstood the nature of the document she signed, believing it to be a general registration form.
According to reports, she also said the park staff did not explain the document’s significance.
Zhao reportedly stepped out of the vehicle due to car sickness and walked around to the driver’s side.
The surveillance video shows a tiger approaching her from behind and dragging her out of view.
While her husband and mother rushed to her aid, park authorities confirmed that Zhao’s mother was killed in the process.
Zhao sustained serious injuries but survived.
Her husband and their young child, who remained in the vehicle, were unharmed.

Following the attack, local government officials from the Yanqing district confirmed the incident and stated that the park was not liable, concluding that it was not an ‘industry security accident.’
The report emphasized that the attack occurred because safety regulations had not been followed.
Zhao later filed a lawsuit against the park, alleging that she had not been properly informed of the dangers and that a nearby park employee failed to intervene in time.
However, many online viewers sided with the park, arguing that the rules were clear and should have been strictly followed.
This was not the park’s first animal-related fatality.
Prior incidents include the death of an employee attacked by an elephant, and a security guard killed by a tiger in 2014.
Despite safety protocols, these repeated incidents have drawn scrutiny over the park’s safety enforcement.
