Prince Harry has made a sad confession about his children after revealing his ‘worst fears have been confirmed.’

The Duke of Sussex states that due to the U.K.‘s decision to revoke his security protection, he finds it ‘impossible’ to return safely with Meghan Markle and their children, Archie and Lilibet.

He recently lost his legal appeal against the Home Office, which followed a prior ruling by the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec).

This committee downgraded his police protection after he and Markle stepped down from senior royal duties in 2020 and relocated to the United States.

While the duke now relies on a private security team, he argued they do not have access to the critical U.K. intelligence necessary to protect his family during visits.

Prince Harry has expressed deep concerns over the implications of the legal decision, describing it as not only a personal setback but also a precedent that could affect other members of the Royal Family.

“I can only come to the U.K. safely if I am invited, and there is a lot of control and ability in my father’s hands,” Prince Harry explained, per Sky.

“Ultimately, this whole thing could be resolved through him, not by intervening, but by stepping aside and allowing the experts to do what is necessary.”

Prince Harry placed part of the blame on what he called ‘a good old-fashioned establishment stitch-up,’ emphasizing that the issue began under a former government, but that the new administration has not changed the stance.

He believes this outcome has wider consequences, stating: “It sets a new precedent that security can be used to control members of the family.”

The duke also shared his emotional desire to reconnect with his father, King Charles III, and the rest of the Royal Family.

“I would love reconciliation with my family. There’s no point in continuing to fight anymore,” he said. “Life is precious. I don’t know how much longer my father has… it would be nice to reconcile.”

However, Prince Harry claims his efforts to reach out have gone unanswered.

He reveals: “He won’t speak to me because of this security stuff.”

Sources close to the family say that Prince Harry’s letters and calls to his father have largely been ignored, with the relationship described as ‘distant.’

In a quiet and deeply personal moment near the end of the interview, he admitted what he had long feared: “I don’t see a world in which I would be bringing my wife and children back to the U.K. at this point.”

Prince Harry confessed that his worst fear is that Archie and Lilibet may never truly know or experience life in the country of their royal heritage.
