Nick Cannon fans have been left ‘confused’ by the star’s latest engagement photos.
The Masked Singer US host posted two images on Instagram, one of him hugging a mystery woman, and the other of a ring, with the caption: “I said I would never do it again but…Finally doing what the world wants me to do… “
People seem baffled by the presenter’s latest post in the comment section. One user said: “The world? Lol that’s not why you should get married though lol.”

Another said: “He said what the world wants me to do… not what he wants. Imagine being her seeing this.”
However, most fans believe this is a publicity stunt for either a new music video, as he has an album set to come out later this year called ‘The Explicit Tape: Raw & B’.
One commented: “Nah this gotta be [a] music video.”
Another fan wrote: “I smell promotion for something he not fooling me!”

Cannon famously married pop star Mariah Carey in 2008, but the couple divorced in 2016. However, in a recent interview on The Hot Tee Talk Show, the Wild N Out host claimed she was the love of his life and he ‘will never have a love like I had with Mariah’.
This recent statement has also impacted people’s confusing reaction to his ‘announcement,’ with fans ‘baffled\ at the timing of this post.
One said: “Didn’t you just confess your undying love for Mariah? Lol.”
Another added: “We [are] confused sir! Wasn’t he just talking about Mariah?! And don’t he have five more babies on the way?”
The dad of eight is expecting his ninth child with model Abby De La Rosa in October.
