“It’s not always plane sailing. We’re trying to deal with things as privately as possible. I want to give the kids an amazing summer. They’ll always be our focus and that is the most important thing to us.”
This was her first TV appearance since she spoke to Fabulous magazine about the difficulties.
McGuinness reportedly said: “What I might have put up with in the past, I probably wouldn’t put up with now, and the same for him.”
“I can’t deny we are having a very, very difficult time.
“I don’t want to go into it too much but I will just say that I didn’t cause this situation.”
She has also posted cryptic social media in the past that has led to further speculation that the pair are going through a difficult time in their marriage.
The former model and the Top Gear host have been married for 11 years and have three children together, who have all been diagnosed with autism.
