A petition calling for Piers Morgan to return to Good Morning Britain has reached over 100,000 signatures.
The 55-year-old sensationally quit on Monday evening after receiving a backlash for comments he made about Meghan Markle.
However, he’s now received an outpouring of support from fans, who are urging ITV to bring him back.

The petition reads: “He’s not afraid to speak out and says what a lot of us are thinking. He’s also funny!
“We need Piers to bring an honest opinion to any story – he’s never afraid to say what he believes is right.
“He’s a voice of reason!”
Despite over 40,000 complaints being made to Ofcom, Morgan recently took to Twitter to hint that he isn’t sorry for what he said about the Duchess of Sussex – who is expecting a baby girl with Prince Harry – and has insisted that the ‘freedom of speech is a hill I’m willing to die on’.
“On Monday, I said I didn’t believe Meghan Markle in her Oprah interview,” he wrote. “I’ve had time to reflect on this opinion, and I still don’t. If you did, OK. Freedom of speech is a hill I’m happy to die on.”
He added: “Thanks for all the love and hate. I’m off to spend more time with my opinions.”
