Prince Andrew has allegedly been asked to ‘prove his inability to sweat’ by lawyers for Virginia Giuffre, who made claims that she was ‘sexually abused’ by him in 2001, according to reports.

It comes just days after his alleged former friend, Ghislaine Maxwell, was found guilty on five counts of trafficking underage girls for sex with Jeffrey Epstein.

Previously, Giuffre has told the BBC about the alleged incident with the Prince, saying: “I mean it was horrible and this guy was sweating all over me, like his sweat was, like it was raining basically everywhere.

“I was just like grossed out from it but I knew I had to keep him happy because that’s what Jeffrey and Ghislaine would have expected from me.”

Despite the woman’s claims, the Royal has refuted the allegations and explained why.

In an interview with the BBC, he claimed he had a ‘peculiar medical condition’ triggered by being ‘shot at in the Falklands War’ which meant he could not have ‘sweated profusely’ at the time of the allegations.

Now Giuffre’s Lawyers, David Boies and Sigrid McCawley have supposedly asked him to disclose ‘all documents concerning his alleged medical condition of anhidrosis, hyperhidrosis, or his inability to sweat’.

They’ve reportedly also requested that he provide ‘any documents concerning any allegations of sexual abuse or extramarital sex made against him’.

The Duke of York’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, called the lawsuit ‘baseless’.

He claimed that the request for documents is ‘harassing and seeks confidential and private information and documents that are irrelevant, immaterial and not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence’.

The 61-year-old has consistently denied the allegations and claims he was in Pizza Express in Woking on the date the incident is alleged to have taken place.
