A GoFundMe has been set up to help Prince Harry and Meghan Markle pay for their £14.7 million mansion.

The couple recently revealed they were ‘literally cut off financially’ by the Royal Family in their tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Anastasia Hanson, from California, launched the campaign titled ‘Harry and Meghan $5 Donation to Buy Home’.

However, it was swiftly deleted.

The campaign’s description read: “When they came to the USA they were without jobs and with limited funds.

“They’ve stated that they’ve had a very rough time, so this fundraiser is a way to give help, compassion, and love by paying their home loan in full.

“I personally relate to mental health, racial equality, diversity, and inclusivity. They both support these issues as well. Together, they can help bring healing and restoration to the whole world.”

Hanson said it’s a ‘good deed’ she’d do for anyone.

She told The Sun: “I like to help people and help them in any way I can.

“That gives me happiness. If you needed a home, I’d do the same for you. It’s a good deed.”

The couple purchased their mansion in Santa Barbara, California, which is approximately worth $14.7 million.

They have recently signed deals with Spotify and Netflix to help pay for it.

Up until now, they’ve been relying on Princess Diana’s inheritance money, which is estimated to be around $10 million.
