Prince William and Kate Middleton, who ‘skipped Lilibet’s UK birthday party,’ have addressed Louis’ behaviour at the Platinum Jubilee

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge recently took to Twitter and hilariously mentioned their four-year-old son’s numerous antics throughout the event.

They wrote: “What a fantastic weekend of celebrations. Seeing people across the nation coming together with family, friends and loved ones has been extremely special.

“Thank you to everyone who turned out to show their gratitude to The Queen and her inspiring 70 years of leadership. From the crowds on the Mall to communities hosting street parties up and down the country, we hope you had a weekend to remember.”

They went on to add: “We all had an incredible time, especially Louis…”

In response to the ending remark, one insisted: “Louis was a little star.”

Agreeing, a second tweeted: “It was so fun to see the celebrations from across the pond. The Queen is a remarkable woman and worth the adoration. And thanks for showing us that sometimes toddlers just have their moments, usually at the worst time. We’ve all been there.”

“Louis stole the show!” a third simply said.

Throughout the four days of celebrations, many fans of the Royals were left amused by the tot.

At one point, Prince Louis was spotted making cheeky faces on the balcony while standing alongside his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Hilariously, he also covered his ears at the loudness of the RAF planes flying above.

Later on, he sat beside his mother, Middleton, and was seen blowing raspberries and pulling silly faces.

Viewers also found it adorable when they spotted the four-year-old leave his seat to go on and sit on grandfather Prince Charles’ lap.
