Under the text, he then added a pregnant woman emoji.

Despite the message appearing to be positive, Rihanna’s fans took to Twitter and slammed Brown.

One tweeted: “Chris Brown having the audacity to even speak to Rihanna after she’s supposed to be happy enjoying the birth of her new baby boy is absolutely vile to me. Like, stay the f*** away from her and her happiness.”

“Chris Brown talking to Rihanna after she’s given birth is sickening. She’s supposed to be at a point right now enjoying her life and here he comes,” another added. “It’s more than just ‘toxicity,’ it’s insanely trauma-inducing and disrespectful. He’s a piece of s*** and I wish Ri and her baby well.”

In agreement, a third commented: “Pretty sure that @chrisbrown congratulating Rihanna on her baby is the most heinous thing I’ve seen in 2022. It’s almost worst than Covid, and I’m not even being dramatic.”

“She forgave him and he probably will never forgive himself for that day, but he is maturing and he moved on from being in love with her may he never forget the times he had with her though.”

Rihanna and Chris Brown were in a relationship for several years.

However, the rapper ended up being charged with assault and making criminal threats after attacking the ‘Umbrella’ singer in 2019, before she was set to perform at the Grammys.

Later on, Brown addressed the incident and admitted to punching Rihanna with a closed fist, which reportedly resulted in a busted lip.
