RuPaul’s Drag Race UK has unveiled an impressive new string of celebrity guest judges who are set to assist RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Alan Carr and Graham Norton in finding the next Drag Race Superstar.
The line-up for Season 5 of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK has officially been confirmed and now it’s time to introduce the guest judges who will determine who has the charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent it takes to snatch the crown.

While stars such as Alexandra Burke and Sophie Ellis-Bexter have been announced, which other guests have been confirmed? Here’s what we know:
Aisling Bea
Aisling Bea, 39, is an Irish comedian, actress and writer. She created, wrote and starred in the comedy series This Way Up on Channel 4.
Opening up about joining Drag Race as a guest once again, Bea says: “Needless to say they did not have to DRAG me back to be a judge.
“This season the contestants all blew me away with their incredible talent. What an honour to be back!”
Alexandra Burke
Alexandra Burke, 35, won the fifth series of the reality TV competition show The X Factor in 2008.
She’s released tracks such as ‘Hallelujah’ and ‘Bad Boys’.
Burke says: “Oh my goodness, I had the best time ever being a part of the iconic Snatch Game! I’m the biggest fan of RuPaul and the show.
“I’ve been desperate to appear on Drag Race, and so to be there was a real honour and I’m dreaming of being able to do it again and again!”
Cush Jumbo
Cush Jumbo, 37, is best known for her leading role as attorney Lucca Quinn in the CBS drama series The Good Wife.
The actress is thrilled to take part in the show, having said: “It was an honour to join the judging panel for RuPaul’s Drag Race UK. I am a massive fan of the show so it was a ‘pinch me’ moment being sat next to Ru, and watching the fabulous Queens!”
Daphne Guinness
Designer, actress and producer Daphne Guinness, 55, has appeared on multiple fashion magazine covers, including Vogue and Tatler – so she will definitely be judging the queens’ fashion!
“I am honoured to be on the judges’ panel with my dear friend Ru. Drag, sequins and humour! What more could one want?” she comments.
Joel Dommett
Joel Dommett, 38, is an actor, comedian and TV presenter who is best known for the shows The Masked Singer and In with a Shout.
Speaking of his appearance on the show, Dommett says: “I’m beyond excited to be a part of this series of RPDRUK! It’s a dream come true to be so close to Ru and the runway! Got some great outfit ideas for when I enter next year…”
Kristen McMenamy
Fashion icon Kristen McMenamy, 58, is an American model who is known for her unconventional and androgynous appearance.
“I’m thrilled to be appearing as a guest judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK! It’s a show that celebrates acceptance of differences and individuality which is so important to me,” says McMenamy.
Sophie Ellis-Bextor
The pop icon, 44, is best known for the 2001 tracks ‘Murder on the Dancefloor’ and ‘Groovejet’.
Sophie Ellis-Bextor says: “I had a fabulous time joining RuPaul’s Drag Race UK as a guest judge! I love the show and everything it celebrates, so it was an honour to be a part of the magic.”
Suranne Jones
Suranna Jones, 45, is a BAFTA Award-winning stage, film and TV actress who is best known for the programmes Doctor Foster and Scott & Bailey.
She says: “Joining the panel of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK as a guest judge was as fabulous as all the Queens were. I’m a huge fan so it was a total dream!”
Yasmin Finney
Yasmin Finney, 20, is famed for her role as Ellie in the Netflix series Heartstopper and she’s about to make her debut in the next and highly-anticipated series of Doctor Who.
“I’m a guest judge and it feels out of this world! I felt like I was on another planet during filming… Planet Joy!” comments Finney.
