Sangria ice lollies exist and they’re perfect for the heatwave.

The frozen treats are a part of the Sol Y Mar range available at Lidl and cost £1.49 for a pack of six.

Customers can choose from three summery flavours – Blood Orange; Peach & Watermelon; and Grape, Lemon & Orange.

The new launch will be available in the frozen aisle from July 22.

On social media, fans have been left buzzing over the launch, and can’t wait to get their hands on them.

Tagging a friend, one person said: “Oooh, if you see some grab a box. We need to try them.”

Another added: “I’m going to be getting some of these bad boys!”

“I need to find some! Peach & Watermelon sounds lovely,” a third gushed.

As well as stocking up on the frozen goodies, Lidl has brought back the fan favourite churros maker.

Shoppers will be able to set it up in just two minutes and then they can whip up some Spanish treats from scratch.

Other brands have also been launching food and drink products that are cooling during this hot weather.

Malibu has just released Watermelon Lemonade in a can and it is available at Tesco and Morrisons.

As well as dropping ready-to-drink products, the iconic drinks brand also dropped a Watermelon liqueur, which is meant to offer a ‘slice of summer’.

Ideal for cocktails, it comes in a 750ml bottle for the bargain price of $13.99 on totalwine.com. Plus, it can be found in Tesco and Asda stores.
