Snoop Dogg has revealed why he’s given his own personal ‘full-time blunt roller’ a pay rise.
The rapper, who is open about his use of marijuana, took to Twitter and said it was provided ‘due to inflation’.
Responding to a tweet by UberFacts that read: “Snoop Dogg employs a full-time blunt roller who makes between $40,000 and $50,000 a year,” the 50-year-old added: “Inflation. Their salary went up!”

Several users reacted to the comment with amusement, with one tweeting: “Skilled labour for sure.”
“I just know their rolling skills are immaculate,” added another.
A third remarked: “He probably really needs one. Plus imagine the perks, free travel, luxury, [and] top-tier flowers. Somebody’s dream job.”
Pitching in, a fourth joked: “So, he only gets a dollar a joint?”
Snoop Dogg previously opened up about hiring for the position in 2019.
During an appearance on The Howard Stern Show, he said: “Timing. That motherf***er’s timing is impeccable. That’s his J-O-B, his occupation. On his resumé, it says, ‘What do you do?’ ‘I’m a blunt roller. P-B-R, professional blunt roller’.

“If you’re great at something I need, I’m hiring you.”
Discussing his pay, he added: “That’s somewhere between $40,000 and $50,000 a year. Free weed – all paid expenses. Everything I get, he gets. I go get some free clothes, I give him some.”
Seth Rogan, who was also a guest on the show, then pitched in and said he would consider hiring someone for the role too.
He commented: “There’s been like 40 minutes where I’m like, ‘I’m just watching this guy and I’m just going to see what is going on here’. As someone who smokes a lot of weed, it’s f***ing fascinating.
“Honestly, the amount of time I spend rolling joints, it might be worth my while financially to hire someone to do that.”
