A new survey has found that 84% of vegetarians have a better sex life than those who eat meat.
The dating website Illicitencounters.com compiled data based on several questions and found those on a plant-based diet lasted longer in bed and had more sex than their counterparts.
500 vegetarians, 38% of which called themselves vegan, took part in the survey as well as 500 meat-eaters.

They also found that vegetarians enjoyed activities other than sex, including dirty talk and foreplay, with 92% of them enjoying making out.
In contrast, 79% of meat-eaters enjoyed making out compared to 88% of vegetarians, while 48% of both groups enjoyed dirty talk.
The study also found that vegetarians have more sex, with 57% saying they get down and dirty 3-4 times a week, compared to 49% of meat-eaters who said they do 1-2 times a week.
If you enjoy burgers, steak, and fried chicken then you are part of the 59% of meat lovers who feel satisfied with their sex lives.
However, if you are more partial to veggie alternatives, you form part of the 84% of vegetarians that are satisfied with theirs.
If you consider yourself vegan then you are part of the whopping 95% of vegans that say they are satisfied with their sex lives.
Meat-eaters were also found to be more selfish between the sheets.
58% of vegetarians say they like to be generous in bed and would class themselves as ‘givers’ as opposed to ‘takers.’
However, only 35% of those who eat meat would describe themselves as such. Perhaps it’s an important question to ask on a first date!
