Fans are concerned for 1000-Ib Sisters star Tammy Slaton after the season four trailer dropped.
Tammy, 36, stars on the popular TLC reality show alongside her sister, Amy. The pair open up about their weight-loss journey and their private lives.
At the end of season three, Tammy was rushed to the hospital with health problems.
She was at a weight-loss facility at the time, and terrifyingly, she stopped breathing.
In a new trailer for season four, it appears Tammy is still worried for her health, as she opens up to her sister about her plans.

The 36-year-old also opens up about being ‘so far away’ from her family when at a weight-loss facility.
To which her brother Chris responds: “[If] she don’t get the surgery, she’s going to die because of her weight.”
