TikTok video of a man reading ‘The Hobbit’ at Creamfields has gone viral.

In the clip, the guy can be seen pointing the torch on his phone at the book while stood in the crowd during a live performance.

Proving men can multi-task, he also manages to bust out some moves while devouring J. R. R. Tolkien’s classic.

One TikTok user commented: “Got earplugs in and all, defo got dragged there by his Mrs.”

While another added: “To be fair the atmosphere there is similar to a library so why not.”

However, not everybody was convinced the video was genuine.

One person commented: “Trying far too hard to get views.”

Another added: “Oh look at me I’m so random.”

It was a big weekend for festivals in England, with Leeds and Reading festival also taking place.

One teenager shared the ‘shocking’ moment she reportedly ‘lost her fingertip’ at the latter on TikTok.

Summer Gibbs, 16, claimed the accident took place when she went to see Aitch perform and found herself in the middle of a ‘mosh pit’.

She explained: “So me and my friends went to Reading Festival and waited an hour and a half for Aitch and as the time got closer and closer more people started flooding in.

“As Aitch came on stage a huge mosh pit formed and we got caught at the back of the mosh pit.

“As it formed I was slammed into the fence and as I looked down my finger had been clamped in between two of the fences.

“There were so many people trying to get the fence apart and free my finger and because of the adrenaline, I didn’t feel any pain as it was happening.”
