Topless Sunbather Says ‘Creep’ Sent Her Note To Say He Photographed Her At Swimming Spot

A topless sunbather claims that she was sent given a note by a “creep”, in which the stranger admitted to photographing her without her permission at the swimming spot.

A topless sunbather says she was targeted while at a swimming spot by a “creep” who decided he could photograph her without her permission.

In an anonymous Facebook post, the woman revealed that she had been sent a disturbing note by the stranger.

The letter, which she had secured to the ground with rocks, read: “I took a photo of your t*ts. This is my Instagram.”

To the horror of the Australian lass, the pervy photographer actually stuck to his word and shared the photo of her topless without her consent.

On Facebook, she explained: “On [his] story was me laying on my side with the gals out.”

In addition to this, he also shared photos of her bum without asking for consent first.

The woman, who is believed to be from New South Wales, said that she had been wearing a bikini top but had removed it when she wanted to tan her back.

She believes that the photographer managed to get a topless snap of her when she turned on her side to check her phone.

In the Facebook post, she added: “When my chest is facing up to the sun, I’m usually wearing a cozzie top.

“When I roll over to have my back in the sun, I take the cozzie off because ya know tan lines.”

Ending the post, she said: “I want this to be a warning for anyone down in the Lilli Pilli area sun baking.”

The incident is believed to have been reported to the authorities and they’ve said that there is “no excuse” for this sort of behavior.

NSW Police commented: “There is no excuse for sexual offences, and it’s time for the whole community to stand up and say it won’t be tolerated at any time.”

Since the incident, the Instagram user who shared the topless photos has been removed from the social media platform.
