Trailer For Christopher Nolan’s Tenet Is Finally Here

The latest trailer for Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film Tenet has just been released.

Strap yourselves in, because the latest trailer for Christopher Nolan’s Tenet has just been released and as you’d expect, there’s a lot to see and even more to take in.

Amazingly, given the film is set for a July release, very little is still known about Nolan’s upcoming action-thriller, but we do know that the film will explore the world of international espionage and judging by the latest trailer, Tenet will very much follow in the footsteps of one of Nolan’s most successful and groundbreaking films, Inception.

In the latest trailer, which was released for the first time in a TV spot during Fortnite’s Party Royale, we finally get to see stars of the film, as John David Washington and Robert Pattinson navigate their way through the world of espionage where everything is not what it seems.

The official synopsis says: “John David Washington is the new Protagonist in Christopher Nolan’s original sci-fi action spectacle Tenet. Armed with only one word – Tenet – and fighting for the survival of the entire world, the Protagonist journeys through a twilight world of international espionage on a mission that will unfold in something beyond real-time. Not time travel. Inversion.”

Spies and time inversion? It’’s really starting to sound like Inception 2.0.

As you can imagine, fans around the world have welcomed the latest trailer release with plenty of excitement and intrigue as to what Christoper Nolan’s Tenet will have in store for us.

As well as Washington and Pattinson, Tenet will also star Elizabeth Debicki, Aaron Taylor Johnson, Himesh Patel, Kenneth Branagh and Michael Caine. It just wouldn’t be a Christopher Nolan film unless Caine was in it, right?

It’s fair to say that Tenet has been shrouded in mystery and some confusion since production started, with the plot of the film having only just being released, but perhaps the most confusing element of the film is the current release date, which is still set for July 17.

If Warner Bros decide to go ahead with this initial release date, Tenet would become the first film available to watch in cinemas since they were all closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
