9-1-1 Lone Star actor Tyler Sanders has heartbreakingly died, aged 18.
The teenager’s agent, Pedro Tapia, confirmed the tragic news in a statement to NBC, which said that he had a ‘bright future’.
It read: “Tyler was a talented actor with a bright future. He comes from a wonderful family and we ask that you respect their privacy at this time.”
Tapia went on to add that Sander’s cause of death is currently ‘unknown’ and ‘being investigated’.
According to TMZ, law enforcement found the young actor ‘unresponsive’ at his Los Angeles home. The outlet went on to report that there were ‘no immediate signs of foul play or suspicious circumstances’.
After hearing the saddening news, fans have taken to social media and paid tribute to the 18-year-old.
Commenting on several of his Instagram pictures, one wrote: “Rest In peace young soul… My condolences to your family and friends.”
“May you rest in love and happiness,” added a second. “Prayers and extra hugs to your family.”
A third person commented: “Today is not a good day for me. My heart aches and I’m in shock. My condolences and prayers to the family.”
“Rest in peace Ty,” a fourth penned. “My condolences to the family, friends and fans, you’ll be missed bo.”
Before his passing, Sanders kept an active profile on social media and often updated his fans.
In one of his last posts, he wore a blue suit and captioned it: “Styling.”
As well as appearing in 9-1-1: Lone Star, Sanders also starred in Amazon’s Just Add Magic: Mystery City, which he received an Emmy nomination for.
The teen first began acting at just 10 years old and over the year made several guest appearances, including in Fear the Walking Dead and The Rookie.
