Horrific security footage has exposed a cruel nanny throwing a six-day old baby around ‘like a toy’ as she allegedly slapped, hit and threw the newborn.
Checking his security footage, the newborn’s father Mr Tian was left horrified by footage which showed the childminder he had hired slapping, hitting and throwing his son around. Disgusted by the security footage, he reported to the police what he had seen.
In the footage, it appears to show a 50-year-old Ms Wang roughly handling a newborn baby as he lies on the bed.
In another video, which was recorded between July 31 and August 1, the nanny is shown hitting and slapping the crying baby in the early hours of the morning.
After having watched the footage, Mr Tian’s wife decided to expose the childminder and shared it with several Chinese bloggers on the messaging platform WeChat.
In the post, she claimed the nanny had violently handled her son when looking after him at their home in Shahe in China’s Hebei Province.
After the video went viral, the police launched an investigation into the nanny.
According to the police statement, the 26-year-old father claimed to see his son being cruelly taken care of by Ms Wang, as she whacked the baby’s hands, feet and buttocks.
He said that he watched the footage on August 1 at 6 pm and was in disbelief over what he saw.
Following the horrific discovery, there was a dispute between Mr Tian and Ms Wang. On the morning of August 3, he went to the childminding agency with his brother to complain about the alleged mistreatment of his newborn son.
Outside the building, the two men argued with Ms Wang and angered, the father deliberately damaged her car with a tool.
Police claim that she was left “frightened” by the incident and required hospital treatment.
