An angry shopper has been recorded yelling a mum and her kids in a supermarket for not wearing facemasks during the coronavirus pandemic. The rant took an angry turn when the woman looked into the kids’ eyes and said: “I hope you all die”.
An unidentified shopper in a Walmart store has been recorded reprimanding a mum and her young kids for not wearing facemasks whilst out and about.
The footage, which was reportedly captured on July 20 in Gainesville, Georgia, has circulated online, as many were left astounded at how venomous the woman was to such little children.
Mum of three Desiree Alis Vansickle came across the upset woman who wore a white N-95 type facemask and said that she began to scold them once she saw they weren’t wearing masks.
She told CBS46: “Whenever it all ended I just walked off and was shaking on the inside.
“And I started crying because I was so upset.”
The mum claims that the woman marched over to her and kids and said: “I hope you all die.
“I hope you all die because you’re going to kill me and my husband.”
Horrified, she responded to the heartless comment: “That’s such a great thing to say.
“You’re so ridiculous, you take care of yourself. Bye.”
This woman literally looks into these children’s eyes and says, “I hope you all die.”

However, Desiree explained to the news outlet that she hadn’t been the only person that the woman had targetted in the store.
She said: “[She was] attacking the people that were coming in without masks.
“Everybody was just kind of ignoring her and walking on and going on about their business, but I just didn’t feel that it was right that she was wishing death upon people for not wearing a mask.”
Although Walmart has been enforcing customers wear masks upon entering the store, people that have walked in without face coverings haven’t been turned away.
On July 15, Walmarts released a statement which read:”We know it may not be possible for everyone to wear a face covering.
“Our associates will be trained on those exceptions to help reduce friction for the shopper and make the process as easy as possible for everyone.
“We know some people have differing opinions on this topic. We also recognize the role we can play to help protect the health and well-being of the communities we serve by following the evolving guidance of health officials like the CDC. ”
Desiree recounted: “There was a man at the door who said: ‘If you have a mask can you please put your mask on,’ and we didn’t have any with us.
“But he didn’t say that we couldn’t come in.”
