The world’s most identical twins admit to only eating once a day and working out ‘six hours daily’ to keep up their slim frames.
Identical twins Anna and Lucy DeCinque have recently spoken out on their YouTube channel about how they’re “addicted to exercise” and will work out even if they are exhausted, in order to maintain their perfect bodies.
The twins sleep in a giant bed in Perth with their partner, Ben 39, and said if they don’t exercise, they become stressed.
Lucy said: “We only eat once a day, we know that’s bad.
“We know that’s bad it comes from our mum. We know that’s unhealthy but we only eat at night.”
However, this goes against all healthy eating advice which has been advised by experts.
Anna added: “Whatever works for you works for you.
“Everybody can take things differently.
“Everything in moderation guys.”
Despite their behaviour, they are aware that it is not advised.
Anna said: “We exercise too much. We are addicted to exercise. The scary excessive kind.
“We went on the treadmill for two hours, then we weight trained for two hours, then we walked around the house.”
She added: “It took up most of the day.
“Today we were so exhausted we couldn’t even get up.”
The twins claim that their doctor has told them off on several occasions, but that they were already aware that their behaviour was excessive.
The twins said: “We go overboard with things. Sometimes we are so exhausted.
“The other day we were so exhausted we couldn’t really finish the workout but we did anyway.”
In recent news, the pair said that Lucy actually DIED temporarily during a botched anti-ageing procedure.
Whilst in a cryo chamber, where users experience temperatures as low as -160C, Lucy allegedly died.
Exposure to this kind of temperature can lead to an adrenaline rush which narrows blood cells and reportedly tightens skin, burns calories, and is known to make people look younger.
The 34-year-old twins said that Lucy died when she was temporarily starved of oxygen whilst undertaking treatment gone wrong in their native Australia.
Talking about the trauma, Anna cried: “I’ve never gotten over this.
“I remember seeing Lucy on the floor, unconscious.”
Lucy confirmed: “I was dead. I was dead for a minute.”
