Vera Wang fans can’t believe the star’s age after she made her latest red carpet appearance.
The fashion designer rocked up to the Breast Cancer Research Fund’s (BCRF) Hot Pink Party on May 11 wearing a shimmering pink gown, which was paired with a matching headpiece.
After seeing the icon’s jaw-dropping outfit, hundreds have taken to Twitter and said that they’re in disbelief that she’s 72 years old.

In response to the red carpet photos, one tweeted: “Wow @verawang is absolutely sublime in this gown at 72 years young.”
Agreeing, another added: “How is she 72? It defies logic. Proves she’s a goddess.”
“I don’t know who, what, when, where, and why but @verawang looks good as f***, and I just wanna know who I gotta offer up as tribute so I can look this good at 72… ‘Cause my list [is] ready,” a third joked.
Pitching in, a fourth commented: “Vera Wang is 72 years old and she looks amazing!”

Two years ago, Wang addressed her ‘age-defying’ looks when interviewed by People magazine on her 70th birthday.
Referencing how her looks inspire others, she told the publication: “I was shocked… I’m sort of the one that always puts the women I dress upfront. I am a fashion designer.
“I have dressed some of the most amazing women over the last 30 years on the red carpet when they’ve actually won Oscars or Golden Globes or Emmys. And so I’m always the one pushing them out the door, and fixing their train at the Met Gala.
“Even during my years at Vogue as a sittings editor, I created a lot of the pictures and was always behind the camera. So I always thought of myself as somebody who, in all fairness, was the creator and not the subject matter. So [the response] was sort of shocking. I can’t lie to you.”
