‘Most Dangerous’ Video Game Ever Created Will Get You Arrested If You Own A Copy Of It
The world‘s most dangerous banned video game could get you arrested if you own a copy of it.
It is fair to say that video games come with some controversy, from being considered addictive to being accused of glorifying violence and war.
However, there is one game in particular which could land you in some serious legal trouble, just for owning a copy.
It’s not a war game or anything violent. It’s actually just a trivia game. So what could be so controversial about a quiz?
A seemingly innocent trivia game
Released in 2004 by TopHeavy Studios, the controversial game allows four users to compete against each other by answering trivia questions.
It features four rounds of increasing difficulty, with a series of multiple-choice quizzes and mini-games for users to complete.
Players were also competing against each other to see who could get the most points, with the top user winning the title of ‘President.’
Seems harmless, right?

But the game is now banned from being streamed on Twitch and is virtually impossible to buy anywhere.
This is due to the ‘prize’ players won if they got the question correct.
Controversial ‘reward’ system
If the user got the question right, they were ‘rewarded’ with an image of a topless woman, which started off censored and became more and more graphic as the game went on.
If the players got a question right, the woman would take the clothing off, but if they got it wrong, she would put it back on.
It was real footage that the producers had filmed using young women at a spring break party.
At the time, the game was labeled as distasteful by many due to the nudity and objectification of the women.
Following the game’s initial release, it was given a ‘Mature’ rating rather than an ‘Adults Only’ classification, which would have meant that minors could not buy it.
Despite any criticism, this is still not enough to land someone in legal trouble just for owning a copy.

The Spring Break footage that changed everything
The game becomes an issue due to the women they picked to use when filming the game content, the Bad Game Hall Of Fame reports.
When the creators were finding footage for the game, they went to a spring break party in South Padre Island, Texas.
It has been reported that the producers asked young women at the party to answer trivia questions, and if they got it wrong, then they had to remove their tops.
The women were reportedly paid $20, and their IDs were checked by producers. However, perhaps unsurprisingly, not all of the IDs at the spring break party were legit.
After the game’s release, one player had the rather embarrassing experience of seeing his own sister featured in the game.
When her brother told her that she was featured in the game, she was completely shocked and unaware that her image and likeness were being used for the game. The problem was that she was only 17 at the time.
Lawsuit that ended it all
The girl filed a lawsuit against TopHeavy Studios for using indecent images of her when she was underage.
She admitted that she was using a fake ID card that said she was 21, and that she illegally drank alcohol while on vacation with two of her friends on South Padre Island.
This meant that The Guy Game featured indecent images of an underage girl, making it illegal to sell or own.

The courts granted the girl anonymity, and so she was only referred to as ‘Jane Doe’ in the records.
TopHeavy Studios and the producers of the game maintained that the girl had entered the contest willingly, and her fraudulent ID meant that the studios were within reason to have treated her like an adult.
The studio also argued that an injunction was pointless as 80,000 copies of the game were already in circulation.
Essentially, they were saying that any damage was already done. Jane Doe won the court case, and a temporary injunction was placed on the game, prohibiting any further distribution or sale.
Unsurprisingly, the game was quickly pulled from sale by TopHeavy.
The court did not decide whether or not the studio had produced child p***ography, so the injunction was the only action taken against the company.
TopHeavy Studios responded by posting on its website (per IMDb): “The Man has decided that our fun and hilarious presentation of spring break revelry just wasn’t appropriate for the world of gaming.”
Copies still exist to this day, but buying or selling one could land you in some serious trouble with the law.
